Health data, made actionable.

Know your health.
Understand your body.
Take action.

The closed loop for your biology: track labs and wearables, catch what changed against your baseline, and get medication-aware next steps — with sources you can show your doctor.

120 citation-backed biomarkers. Wearables in the same timeline. Flags for unusual changes, with evidence. Skippable actions — food, training, protocols, clinician share.

How it works

Take in → watch → flag → act.

One incredible loop — from signal to a next step you can take or skip.

1

Take in

Labs and wearables enter one timeline.

2

Watch

See movement against your own baseline.

3

Flag

Surface meaningful shifts with evidence attached.

4

Act

Get a next step you can take — or skip.

Your biology. One loop.
See the reason

Unusual changes with evidence — not a mystery score.

A wearable can say you're 95% recovered while you still feel terrible — and leave you guessing why. We pair device signals with lab context, personal baselines, and a citation trail so a flag is something you can inspect, not just a color. Suggestions include the pathway, the source, and plain-language rationale. Named patterns (e.g. iron-deficiency anemia, hypothyroidism) use published criteria and always say they are not a diagnosis.

Medication-aware action

Act with your meds in the loop — not as an afterthought.

Before food or nutrient guidance ships, we check your medications against a curated, severity-rated drug–nutrient interaction database — with labeled supplementary sources where available. Built so you and your clinician can see what matters before you change what you eat, take, or train.

Why prismaIQ

Less dashboard. More understanding.

Built for people who want a continuous loop — and the clinicians who review it.

Labs + wearables, one timeline

Citation-backed biomarker panels keep real draw dates. WHOOP, Garmin, and Sensor Bio feed recovery, sleep, and strain into the same story today — and we’re working toward hundreds more integrations so the apps you already trust can all pour into one living picture of you.

Unusual changes you can check

Sustained lab notes, multi-marker patterns, and biometric shifts vs your baseline arrive with pathways and citations. You can inspect the flag — not just stare at a green score.

Skippable next steps

Food, workout, and protocol prompts you confirm or skip in-app, calendar, or text when opted in. Built for momentum without mandatory daily nags.

Rx

Meds checked before you act

Drug–nutrient checks run against a curated, severity-rated database (plus labeled supplementary sources) before food or supplement guidance ships.

Bag

Grocery when you want it

Experimental Instacart handoff turns recommended foods into a shoppable cart. Quantities and pricing are estimates — review before checkout.

Single-use clinician summary with labs, interactions, sustained notes, and optional vault attachments — QR + PDF when you want a human in the loop.

Depth where it counts

Depth where it counts. Action where it matters.

High/low ranges with pathway links, wearables in the same loop, and skippable next steps with receipts.

120citation-backed biomarkers — high/low ranges with pathway links, sustained out-of-range notes, and multi-marker patterns when criteria apply.
Wearablesin the same loop — WHOOP, Garmin, and Sensor Bio feed recovery, sleep, HRV, and strain into trends and flags for unusual changes today — and we’re building toward hundreds more connections.
Actwith receipts — medication-aware food and nutrient guidance, skippable workout/protocol prompts, calendar or text Yes/Skip, doctor-share when you need backup.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you sell or share my health data?

No. Your health data is yours. We do not sell, share, or license it for research or marketing — we use it only to provide the Service. prismaIQ is HIPAA compliant, with BAAs in place from our associated vendors.

Is this a medical device?

This is a clinical decision support and educational tool — not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. It provides information based on published research for you and your clinician to review alongside clinical judgment.

What about data privacy and HIPAA?

Your health is your health — and we care about that. prismaIQ is fully HIPAA compliant, with BAAs in place from our associated vendors (including Xata for our database and OpenAI for the AI Assistant). We do not sell or share your health data for research or marketing. Traffic uses HTTPS/TLS, and databases and private document storage use provider-managed encryption at rest.

What if I don't have labs yet?

Connect a wearable and start with recovery, sleep, and trend context. Labs unlock the most precise food and nutrient guidance — but watching and acting on device signals does not require a panel first.

Can I customize recommendations?

Yes. You can edit serving sizes, add or remove foods, customize the email template, and save preferences per profile.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime from your dashboard.

What integrations do you offer?

Wearable signals work with WHOOP, Garmin, and Sensor Bio where connected. We’re actively expanding toward hundreds more integrations so more of the health apps you already use can feed the same loop. Action prompts can go in-app, Google Calendar, or SMS when you opt in. Instacart shopping handoff is experimental (review cart before checkout). EMR integrations are on the Enterprise roadmap.

How are recommendations sourced?

Biochemical pathways draw on peer-reviewed research and clinical practice guidelines. Drug–nutrient checks use a curated, severity-rated database plus labeled supplementary sources. All recommendations should be reviewed by a qualified healthcare provider.

Has this been clinically validated?

prismaIQ is an early product built on peer-reviewed literature — not a substitute for independent clinical validation studies. Recommendations should be verified against primary sources before clinical use. Early adopters help shape the platform.
